Very very hard to narrow it down but I love a good gooey brownie, usually triple chocolate. I have always said if you are going to eat cake you might as well make it a good bit. Miles on the road v trails in the woods? I have a lot of time for both really. When trails are dry and fast then give me the woods most days, but I really am a sucker for getting out into the Yorkshire Dales and getting some solid miles in the lanes. Favourite place and track to ride? My favourite place to ride/train has got to be the French Alps. Suffering up the cols but you could look out at the views have your breath taken away and some how forget the pain you are in. Favourite track/race has got to be Fort William XC course, raced the World Champs there as a junior and just loved all aspects of that course, the big ups and big downs.
